Powder Coating

Powder Coatings are characteristically different from other coatings in terms of corrosion protection, better durability and environmentally friendly as it contains no volatile organic compounds (voc), hence being an anti-pollutant in its three forms (liquid, gaseous or solid). Moreover, the use of the sprayed remaining powder has reflected much economical selling price, which is valued and accepted by customers.


Types of Powder Coatings:-

►Polyester based powder:
   Suitable for exterior use, as it has good adhesion proprieties, durability, workability and
   is weather resistant.

►Epoxy based powder:
   Suitable for corrosion protection uses as it has excellent resistance power to chemicals.
   Epoxy powder coatings include products for both decorative and pure protective purposes.

►Hybrid Powder Coatings:
   Based on the binder combination of Epoxy and Polyester.

►Functional Coating:
   Specially design for reinforce bar to increase their longevity and meet the demand of customer...

Series:  The series are different finishes based on above mentioned four types:

P: Polyester Based Powder
E: Epoxy Based Powder
H: Hybrid (blend of Epoxy & Polyester) Based Powder
EF: Functional Epoxy Coatings
